I have 5+ years experience in the industry handling Continuous Improvement, New Product Introduction, Verification & Validation, Test Method Validation, Statistical Analysis, Software Validation - GAMP5, Risk Management - ISO 14971, Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), Complaint Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Supplier Management, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GD&T techniques, Product quality improvement, Process optimization, Job Hazard Analysis to name a few. I strongly believe in expansion of skills and knowledge thru continuous learning.

I have established an ISO 13485 & 21 CFR Part 820 QSR compliant Quality management system from scratch for a startup, and passed notified body audits with zero non-conformances. I have served as Management Representative for TECHFIT Digital Surgery Inc. since 2019 and been a part of several internal, supplier & certification audits. I have worked on various projects, understanding customer expectations, managing resources, creating reports, this work experience has regularly required me to interact with people, see to it that all the requirements are met and project is delivered on time.

Last but not the least, studying at the University of South Florida- College of Engineering and working with companies in US for a considerable period has given me a global outlook. I can say that I enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment where there is constant learning and exchange of ideas, which often turns a, sometimes banal office environment, cheerful.
